Usage Policy

We want everyone to be able to use Anomic AI safely and responsibly. This Usage Policy applies to the website, mobile app and developer API, and is part of our Terms of Service. If you build an application on our API, you are responsible for making sure your users follow it too.

1. Follow the law and protect people

Do not use our Services to:

  • commit, plan or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, sanctions evasion, insider trading or market manipulation;
  • evade KYC, AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring or other regulatory controls, or create forged or falsified documents, statements or identities;
  • collect, process or disclose personal data — including customer account, card or government-ID data — without a lawful basis and the authorisations you need;
  • harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against or exploit anyone;
  • create or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights.

2. Keep a human in the loop for decisions that matter

Anomic AI is a research and drafting assistant. Do not use Output to make fully automated decisions that significantly affect people — such as approving or denying credit, insurance, accounts, claims or employment — without meaningful human review. Do not present Output as legal, regulatory, investment, tax or financial advice to others without review by a qualified professional.

3. Be honest about AI

  • Do not use our Services to impersonate a person, bank, regulator or other organisation, or to mislead people about who they are dealing with.
  • If you deploy our API in a product that talks to people, tell them they are interacting with AI where the law requires it or where they could reasonably be misled.
  • Do not generate fake reviews, misleading financial promotions, or disinformation about financial markets or institutions.

4. Respect the platform

  • Do not circumvent rate limits, usage limits, the free trial limit or safety measures, including by creating multiple accounts.
  • Do not share, sell or publish API keys, or let others use your account.
  • Do not scrape the Services or extract Output by automated means other than the documented developer API.
  • Do not use Output to train or build models that compete with Anomic AI.
  • Do not probe, reverse engineer or attempt to extract our prompts, models or systems.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, restrict features, revoke API keys, or suspend or close your account. If you think we made a mistake, or want to report misuse of our Services, contact us at support@anomicai.com.
